Artwork files are used only for production

Cloudflare — content delivery and DDoS protection
FedEx / UPS — name and address shared for shipping only

Data Retention

Order records: kept for 7 years (tax and legal requirements)
Artwork files: deleted after 6 months of inactivity
Account data: retained while your account is active
