What We Collect

• Name, email, phone number, and shipping address (for order fulfillment)
• Payment information (processed by Stripe — we never see or store full card numbers)
• Artwork files (stored securely, used only for your print order)
• Account login credentials (managed by Clerk authentication)
• Order history (stored for your account access)
• Browser cookies (for cart session management, and — only if you accept analytics — Google Analytics cookies that recognize your browser across visits)
• IP address (for fraud prevention and rate limiting)

How We Use Your Information

• To process and fulfill your print orders
• To send order status updates (required — cannot unsubscribe)
• To prevent fraud and protect our services
• For internal business analytics, including Google Analytics if you accept it (see Analytics Preferences below)

What We Do NOT Do

• We do not sell your data to third parties
• We do not use your data for advertising or marketing
• Artwork files are used only for production

Third-Party Services

• Stripe — payment processing (PCI DSS Level 1 compliant)
• Clerk — account authentication
• Cloudflare — content delivery and DDoS protection
• Google Analytics — site usage measurement, only if you accept analytics (see Analytics Preferences below)
• FedEx / UPS — name and address shared for shipping only

Data Retention

• Order records: kept for 7 years (tax and legal requirements)
• Artwork files: deleted after 6 months of inactivity
• Account data: retained while your account is active

Analytics Preferences

We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, which products people look at and configure, how checkout and purchases go, and what to improve. It is optional: the storefront, cart, and checkout work the same whether you accept it or not.

• Google Analytics loads only after you accept analytics. Until then, nothing is sent to Google.
• When enabled, it may collect browser and device information, approximate location, and your activity on the site (pages viewed, products configured, items added to the cart, checkout and purchase events). Google may use your IP address during collection and location processing; Google Analytics 4 does not log or store it.
• Purchase analytics may include the Fast Prints USA order reference and the amounts involved.
• Our implementation does not send direct identifiers: no name, email, phone number, shipping or billing address, PO number, or artwork file names or contents.
• Advertising and personalization features of Google Analytics are not enabled.
• You can decline analytics, or withdraw your acceptance later, using the controls below.
