Does Fast Prints USA offer same-day or rush printing?
Yes. Fast Prints USA offers rush printing with same-day turnaround available Monday through Thursday, before 9:30 AM Phoenix time (Arizona does not observe daylight saving time). Rush orders are available for HD banners, Coroplast signs, vehicle magnets, and most vinyl products. Rush orders are priced at 2× the standard rate.
What types of banners does Fast Prints USA print?
Fast Prints USA prints HD vinyl banners (13oz, 15oz, 18oz), HDPE banners, canvas banners, mesh banners, poster paper, No Curl banners, and backlite material. Custom sizes are available with no maximum width. Finishing options include grommets, pole pockets, rope, welding, and wind slits.

Yes. Fast Prints USA prints DTF (Direct to Film) heat transfer films for custom apparel. Pricing starts at $17.00 for the first 12 inches of sheet length, then $0.85 per additional linear inch. Both PDF and PNG files are accepted.
How does pricing work for large format printing at Fast Prints USA?
Most products at Fast Prints USA are priced per square foot with automatic volume discounts. As order size increases, the per-square-foot rate decreases. For rigid signs like Coroplast, pricing is per sheet with tier breaks at 10 and 51 sheets. All pricing is calculated live as you configure your order.
What is the turnaround time for banner printing?
Production begins once both your artwork and payment are received. Standard non-freight orders typically arrive within 2 business days of ordering (about 1 business day of production & handling, then overnight transit; orders placed before 7:30 PM Arizona time count as received that business day, and orders placed at or after 7:30 PM Arizona time are processed as next-business-day orders); rush orders placed before 9:30 AM Phoenix time, Monday through Thursday, arrive the next business day. Oversized or bulk orders that ship by freight can take up to 10 business days. Delivery dates are estimates and can be affected by carrier or weather delays.
Can I get custom-sized signs printed at Fast Prints USA?
Yes. Most products at Fast Prints USA support custom dimensions. Banners have no maximum width limit. Rigid signs like Coroplast support custom sizes up to 48×96 inches (full sheet). Maximum adhesive dimensions vary by product. Some rolled vinyl products support paneling; the configurator enforces the supported dimensions for your selected material.
Does Fast Prints USA print double-sided banners and signs?
Yes. HD banners in 18oz material are available in double-sided. Rigid signs (Coroplast, Foamcore, PVC, Polystyrene, Aluminum, J Bond) all offer double-sided printing at $1.70 per sheet.
What add-ons are available for banners at Fast Prints USA?
HD banners can be ordered with grommets (15 placement options, 5 spacing options), pole pockets (1–4 inch diameter, multiple edge selections), rope (nylon cord welded into top/bottom edges), wind slits, and welding for panels wider than 16 feet. All add-ons are configured online during ordering.
What is the difference between 4mm and 10mm Coroplast?
4mm Coroplast is the standard yard sign thickness, lightweight and suitable for most temporary signage including real estate signs, event signs, and political signs. 10mm Coroplast is thicker and more rigid, better for permanent or semi-permanent applications requiring more durability. Grommets and contour cut are only available on 4mm Coroplast.
Does Fast Prints USA offer acrylic sign printing?
Yes. Fast Prints USA prints custom acrylic signs on 3/16 inch rigid acrylic up to 96×48 inches. Acrylic signs are priced at $0.17 per square inch with a $25 minimum. Add-ons include contour cut or rounded corners (mutually exclusive) and silver or black standoffs for wall mounting.

What file format do I need to submit?
PDF is preferred for all products. PNG is accepted for Window Cling, Orajet Clear, Acrylic, and DTF Transfers. Files must be at 300 DPI minimum. CMYK color mode is preferred.
Do I need to add bleed to my artwork?
No bleed required. Submit your artwork true-to-size. Keep important content at least 1.25 inches from each edge for HD and Mesh banners, 0.25 inches for Paper Card Stock and Aluminum Cards, and 0.5 inches for other products where declared. Follow the safe zone shown in your product configurator.

How is my order shipped?
Nationwide shipping available. Production & Handling applies — a flat fee, calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Every order ships; we do not offer customer pickup, and the carrier and service are arranged by us rather than selected at checkout. Very large or bulk orders — like 1,000+ sq ft of banners, an oversized single banner, or rigid signage in larger quantities — may ship by freight, which is reflected in that production & handling figure.
How long does an order take to arrive?

Rush orders placed before 9:30 AM Phoenix time, Monday through Thursday, arrive the next business day. Product eligibility applies. Rush Production
What is rush production?
For retail orders, rush doubles the product and selected finishing charges. Production & Handling is unchanged. Account-tier rush pricing is shown in your price summary. Eligible rush orders move into same-day production. Orders must be placed before 9:30 AM Phoenix time, Monday through Thursday. Arizona does not observe daylight saving time.
Is rush available for all products?
Most products support rush, with per-product limits — for example, rigid sheet products above 10 sheets and banners above 1,000 sq ft are not rush-eligible. Some materials (DTF transfers, Bella Canvas shirts, HDPE, Canvas, Backlite, Window Cling, Orajet Clear, Dual View Window, and Reflective Vinyl) do not offer rush. The product page shows rush availability for your exact order.
